An instrument is only worth what its last calibration says it is — we keep yours accurate, running and understood, whoever built it.
Buying the right instrument is the easy half. The number it produces has to hold up two years later: in an audit, in a customer complaint, in a dispute over a shipment. That comes down to three things — how recently the instrument was calibrated, how well it has been maintained, and who is standing in front of it.
Our service division, European Lab Services, is accredited by BELAC to ISO/IEC 17025 for calibration (327-CAL) and testing (327-TEST). Engineers work from Sint-Niklaas, Deerlijk, Barendrecht and Bourguébus — in our own laboratories or at your site, across the Benelux and France. Not only on the instruments we supplied: we calibrate and maintain what is already in your laboratory — balances, thermometers, temperature loggers, leak and burst testers, tensile benches, climate chambers — regardless of the name on the front panel.

FAQ's
Yes. Our engineers work on the instruments already in your laboratory, whatever the name on the front panel. That is the point of a brand-independent service division: one schedule and one contact for the whole bench, instead of one contract per supplier.
There is no single interval. It depends on how hard the instrument works, how stable it has proven to be, and what your quality system or your customer requires. Most laboratories start at twelve months and adjust once two or three certificates show how much that particular instrument actually drifts.
It means an independent body has assessed our methods, our reference standards and our engineers against ISO/IEC 17025, and that the certificates we issue are recognised internationally. 327-CAL covers calibration, 327-TEST covers testing. Both scopes are published and can be checked before you order.
